Using 2.8" Raspberry Pi Display on Arduino Mega

So many years ago, I bought a 2.8" tft LCD for raspberry pi, but I would like to use it for Arduino Mega since that's what I'm using for my current project.

Is this possible?
Does someone know the wiring diagram for this display?
Is there a library I can use?
