where I can find datasheet for that 5 inch tft display and how to use it ?
what arduino board is best to use that display ?

It says the controller on this display is SSD1963. To use such a display you need the appropriate library for that controller. On this link there is a display with such a controller and it says with which Arduino microcontrollers it is compatible.
