If analogRead(A0) is used, no level shifter must be used for this input. Then the remaining 4 wires can be handled by one 4 channel level shifter.
Caveat: a level shifter has dedicated HV (high voltage) and LV (low voltage) sides. It won't work with these pins/voltages swapped.
