Using a second SERCOM port as i2c/twi bus

For good reasons we want to use a second twi port on the Arduino Zero. I already do this using other Arduino like boards (Teensy), but also want to see how this works on the Arduino Zero.

One of the reasons for not wanting to use only one i2c bus is that we are experimenting with these:

You can’t configure their addresses as far as we know and we will at least need to use two of them at the same time. We could use an i2c multiplexer, but don’t want if we don’t have to.

Does anyone have experience with how to do this? Can one point us into a direction?
