Using a windows USB Joystick with the Arduino Mrga

For my next project I am working on a base unit for my RC stuff (Planes, boats, cars and what not.) I have an old SaiTek usb flight stick I want to interface with my Arduino. Yes I could hack it up, running new lines to the pots and switches, but I was wondering if there was a library out there that I could use along with a USB shield to interface with it instead of hacking it up.
