Using an Arduino to operate a brushless helicopter motor that's 7-11V?

But now, I'm not sure how to hook it up so that my Arduino controls the speed. This noob would love some and any advice.

I think you would typically buy an ESC (Electronic Speed Control) designed for that type of motor and have the Arduino control it as if it were a hobby servo.
