I'm wondering how feasible it would be to use an Arduino touchscreen to display youtube videos as part of a project I'm making.
How would I start going about this?

Stop dreaming of Arduino and video.
So it's impossible?
Maybe it is possible for some strange interpretation of "display youtube video",
but I don't think it is sensible or practical.
Most Arduinos have a hard time running a TFT and a network interface even without rendering compressed video streams.
Do you know if there's any other brand that would be better at supporting such functions? Currently I'm designing an electronic makeup table and part of the function would be to enable the user to view makeup tutorials through a touchscreen which is also used to control the lighting and other functions fo the table
A Raspi or the like would be better for such projects.
