Using an Opla tutorial for Explore IoT

Hi there,

I am trying to use the Smart Garden Setup tutorial found here: https://docs.arduino.cc/tutorials/mkr-iot-carrier/smart-garden-project

However, I am noticing that the code contains parts that mention Opla, whereas I am using the Explore IoT Kit. Is this still going to work for me? I have the same Arduino (MKR Wifi 1010) and from what I have read the carriers are almost the same except for the screen. Does anyone have experience adapting code from one to the other?
