Hey guys, new to arduino. Got inspired to design a ITX Pc Case with moving vents. Is there any way to connect the arduino to the PC mother board for power and run the servos when the PC turns on or off? Any tips are much appreciated!

This seems to be quite useful in detecting shutdown (on windows).
