Using Arduino for datalogging remote area power supply

Thanks guys,

the mega board has 16 analogue inputs, 0 to 5 volt 10bit and a usb. So all inputs would need to be conditioned somehow to be 0-5v signals.

WOuld i need anything else if i was to log to a usb storage?
