Using Arduino IDE 1.8.8 in Windows 10 in an old laptop/ PC

Arduino IDE is available at Windows Store. We can install the app from there. Else if we want to install that by downloading the installer in our system, my system is getting black out, everything in the screen gets away and the screen goes off.
Even though I tried by changing the compatibility from the setup properties but it did not work well.

Solution to this I found is downloading the zip file that is available on the site, download it and extract the file and the rest other things work normal.

Windows store version has weird bugs (nothing worth using is ever in windows store), but its surprising that the standard installer doesnt work.

I use the .zip packages, but thats mostly because i keep multiple versions around...
