Using Arduino to drive AUO 05A17 LCD screen

Hi all. I took an AUO 05A17 LCD screen out of a Garmin nuvi57 GPS to use in some projects but don’t know how to drive it. I found no documentation online, but AUO seems to be a well known brand in industrial supply.

Is it even possible to use with arduino? Thanks.

P.S. It was a touchscreen, but I removed the touch layer as I don’t need it. After testing, the screen still works without it using the original motherboard.
