Using arduino to remote monitor

Hi, I would like to remotely monitor 2 x 0-10v signals, and simulate a 10k pot to adjust something based on what the 0-10v signals say. I'm guessing this can be done with a Uno R4 or something with cloud access? very grateful for any guidance!

Drop each voltage to a range suitable for the R4, or whichever Arduino you select. That will need, at minimum, a resistive voltage divider for each signal.
More details about those signals would be required to give you a more assured answer.

thanks camsysca. it's a humidifier that I want to monitor, it outputs two 0-10v signals, one is for temperature and one is for relative humidity. you can adjust the setpoint on a physical 10k pot if you are by the unit. so if I can remotely monitor the unit, and if necessary adjust a 'virtual' 10k pot that will meet the need.
