Thanks for the replies, I will try switching SOL to the other side and see how that goes. I believe my NPN pinout is fine, as well as the NMOSFET.I am using the NMOSFET due to the supplies I have available, and I was hoping that I could make it work with these parts
Ignore that. It might work with the pullup to 12V....get rid of the 100k/50k resistor.
