LOAD IS 4 INCH TRACTION WHEEL, SPEED 0 TO 30RPM, LEVEL GROUND, 50 LB WEIGHT CHASSIS.
LCD SPEED DISPLAY REQUIRED.
NEMA 23 STEPPER MOTOR?

I can strongly recommend abandoning the idea of using a stepper motor for traction at all.

I will look for DC motor/encoder /gearbox drive.
I need 30rpm; 12v/5A motor.

At the same time, my brain finds it very much harder to assimilate the message when the text is all in capitals.
