I did a drawing of the circuit diagram and attached it here. Forgive me for my amateur circuit diagram (I never create a circuit diagram before, I still hope it helps to show what I have on my arduino and the wiring on my breadboard)

You can use this symbol for LEDs, but labeling your symbol was very good.
