Using GSR sensor with Arduino and a mobile application

Hello,

I'm new with Arduino and I need some help/guidance regarding a project.

Basically, I want to create a project that utilizing galvanic skin response sensor technology to read the one's emotional state (are they excited or stable) and transfer it to a mobile application as a graphic.

I am having trouble to put proper tools together to proceed. I guess I will need a GSR sensor and to use Apache Cordova to interact with Arduino. However, this is all I can figure out.

Could someone guide me to create it step by step with the Arduino tools I need to supply?
