Using HX711 without its ADC

Can the HX711 be used as just an instrumentation amplifier for a weigh scale (i.e. without using its built in ADC)? For one of my projects its highly preferred if the ADC in my micro controller was used instead so I was just curious if it was possible and a general sense on how it could be done.

There in no analog out on the 711-chip.
Use an instr.amp or rail-to-rail opamps
