Which pin is the coin acceptor output connected to ?
In your original post you say
i've connected pulse of coin acceptor to interrupt 0 which is pin 2 on arduino
but in this code you are using interrupt 1
Do the acceptor and Arduino have a common GND connection ?
How is the acceptor powered ?
