Using ISP and MC Studio with 5Vs?

Hey there,

How can I use MC Studio to program and use an Arduino? I have a Nano, Micro and a Uno. I want to keep the UNO as an Arduino only device, but I do not care about the others and I would like to initiate them without Arduino IDE.
When I am connecting the ISP-inteface to the devices, they both have a too high value of Voltage. Here is the error message: Read voltage 4,8V is outside selected device's operating range: 1,6 V to 3,6 V.

Is there any way around this? I have a controllable DC supply voltage device here and could just put that on Vcc and GND, but it would mean, I have to solder some cables on the board, which is fine at first, because I am very good at soldering, but it would mean, I always have to put the device on my table.
So is there a solution? And why are the µCs even getting those voltages?

Thank you for your help. Much appreciated

It is strange since all 3 (UNO, Nano y Micro) work with 5V.

Regards
