Using LDR to turn LEDs and Pump on

Hi,

Just wondering whether someone could give me guidance to whether or not i could complete the following.

Using a Nano and LDR to activate a LED Strip to turn on during the day as well as turn a 3V pump on for 10mins every hour throughout the time as well
