Using LoRa SX1276

I am currently working with a LoRa SX1276 but i dont understand how the wiring works. May I ask how to connect the wires on this module to Arduino Uno

Thats not an SX1276 LoRa module.

It looks like some form of UART front ended device, for how to use the connections see the manufacturers datasheet.

Being more specific, it is LoRa SX1276 915MHZ AES+MESH UART Module, so its a UART module?
