Using MCP41HXV1 (DIGI POT 6 CLICK) Change output voltage

Hello. everyone.

I';m using MCP41HXV1 (DIGI POT 6 CLICK) with arduino Leonardo.

connect with ISP connect.

input voltage(digital) was 5V,
Analog voltage POA was 12V and Gnd to POB.

I Changed wiper value from 0 to 256.
and i Gen Voltage from 9.3V (when Wiper was 0) and 12V (when Wiper was 256).

I need Voltage From 0V(at lease 3V) to 12V.

is there anyway Get This voltage from POW?

if anything comment, or know...
