Serial parsing works great, and there is no need to store anything except the numbers of interest.
However, parsing depends on the exact details of the information that you get back from the web. So, the first task is to set up an Arduino with an internet connection, access that web page and study the text info that comes back, character by character. Then design your parser. You might find this helpful: serial input basics. Google "arduino web page parser" for lots more.
If you are a complete beginner, we strongly recommend that you start with the simple examples that come with the Arduino program development software, in order to learn the language and the special features of the Arduino.
That URL is: 704 - NOS Teletekst
The Arduino with Ethernet shield doesn't do https.
Given that, consider a Raspberry Pi of some sort. I just hit that site with one of mine using curl - worked fine.

but maybe the website will respond on http.
From looking at the website you have linked, it appears to me that the website conforms to the REST architectural style. There are many REST clients; I use YARC. With a REST client, one can assemble a "GET" request that would ultimately come from the Arduino, and see the server response, how the entire response is transmitted, so one can know what to parse.
Here is my GET

D'oh! Yes it does.
