My project is based on a strict time management and precise event timing
for that I need to vary the PWM frequency of an arduino output without loosing the functionnality of other functions like millis
please I need help

As you have not said, I assume you are using an Uno. millis() uses Timer0. You can change the settings of Timer1 and Timer2 without affecting it.
