Hi, I want to connect this display to my Arduino Uno, here is display from Alcatel OneTouch 311 (96?65, monochrome) on the back here are: 7636 C 01 GRC 20324 1 (by small font and upside down IS2000AAA1), display have 18 ports. Is it possible? If it is possible, then how I can connect it?

Only if You can find lcd datasheet, then it would be possible to write a driver.
If You want mobile phone lcd better use for example nokia 6100 or outer well known lcd
