Why even use 2 different IDEs? I do all my work, on pretty much all Arduino boards (with the exception of the Intel Galileo) with the latest version of the 1.5beta IDE...
And I constantly switch between different Arduino boards back and forth, though recently I mainly use the Yun, Mega2560 or Leonardo for most of my work...
