Hello all,
I wish to use GPIO16 Wake pin and GPIO0 Flash pin as output pins for the shift register. Will it cause any issue, how to use those pins and stop them from interfering.

They should be OK to use after boot. Note that GPIO16 is limited in function, but should work as a simple output. Check places like
