Using Wifi Shield to send data to PushingBox

I am using a simple Button circuit taken from the Digital Examples. I am trying to send data(1 count at 1 press of the button) to PushingBox using Wifi Shield to transmit. The problem is that sometimes PushingBox receives the data but most of the other time, it doesn't. I don't know what is wrong and i hope someone can help me please. Thanks.

its alright now. I am able to send data to PushingBox now. Now i just need to send that data to Google Forms Sheet. Thanks for the reply.
