Using WS2803D to control 4 RGB LEDs?

I currently have a circuit and sketch set up so when a certain pressure is read on a sensor the RGB LED lights a certain color and sound a buzzer. The problem I am facing is I need to use 4 sensors, 4 LEDs, and 4 buzzers. At 3 outputs each for the LEDs and one for each buzzer I will use up to many outputs. I am wondering if it is possible to use a WS2803D IC to control the 4 LEDs in the same manner as I am now. This would significantly cut down on the outputs used on the Arduino and simplify the design. If it is possible to do this any hints on coding would be great. Thanks in advance.
