Estoy desarrollando un proyecto donde por medio de bluetooth, pueda enviar un comando de voz para controlar la velocidad a la que irá el ventilador: alto, medio, bajo; la parte del bluetooth ya está lista, lo que no sé es cómo hacer la modificación de esas potencias a las que debe ir el ventilador, pueste este trae 3 pines: rojo:conectado al arduino, negro: conectado GND y el amarillo si no me equivoco, va aun pin PWD pero no tengo idea cómo hacer esa modulación de frecuencias y si se puede hacer por medio de ese pin amarillo.

That fan has a yellow wire.
The yellow wire usually has the speed feedback signal, so the speed can be monitored.
This also means that there is a piece of electronics inside your fan.
That piece regulates the motor, and creates the feedback signal.
That again means you cannot control the fan speed via some external signal.
Fans that can do this have a 4th. control wire.
Of course you need to find the datasheet of that Forcecon fan, so you might find out whether you can hack it to do different speeds reliably.
