Vary the blinking frequency of a led using the values from a Accelerometer

The code below outputs y axis data from the Accelerometer
What code do I use to vary the frequency of a led

#include "SparkFunLSM6DS3.h"
#include "Wire.h"

//Create a instance of class LSM6DS3
LSM6DS3 myIMU( I2C_MODE, 0x6A ); //I2C device address 0x6A

void setup() {
// put your setup code here, to run once:

//Call .begin() to configure the IMUs
if( myIMU.begin() != 0 )
Serial.println("Device error");
Serial.println("Device OK!");

void loop()

Serial.print(" Y1 = ");
Serial.println(myIMU.readFloatAccelY()*125, 0);

delay(1000); // wait for a second

Please read the forum guide in the sticky post and then modify and fix your post above to use code tags.

What range of blink speeds do you want to use? How quickly do you want the circuit to react to changes in the sensor reading? Can it be quite slow?
