Hi , i wired a VC0706 serial camera to my PCB which use an Arduino nano and I always get the "no camera found" message. For information , I am also using an Adafruit micro sd card which I tested individually and seems to be working fine .

We don't follow links, never know what nasty critter is at the other end. Maybe read the pinned post 'How to get the most from the forum', look for code posting.
The problem you will have is that the PCB is yours. If you can duplicate the error using a breadboard (and take a pic of a hand-drawn wiring diagram), then that removes your PCB as a possible source of the error. I have no way of testing the PCB.
Also, what is a VC0706 (the answer will be found in the datasheet you post)
