Help... I want to make a vehicle counter using arduino with loop Detector like attached photo . How can i do that and what is code ?

Do you have any data on the loops (output voltage, waveform, etc.)? With so little to go on helping you will be difficult. And we are here to help, not write code for you.
It looks as though you are trying to count vehicles into and out of an area.
Without details of the sensing system we can only guess what to do.
Do you have an existing system or do yo what to start designing from the beginning?
What is your electronics and programming ability?

Hi,
The OP diagram quotes a A-B logic detector, so it sounds like he/she has a unit in mind.
The A-B is the same as a rotary encoder output, two outputs phased to indicate direction of vehicle.
So a vehicle counter is possible.
