Vehicle detection on a speed bump

I plan to detect the state of a vehicle when passing a speed bump (Berlin cushion),, has the vehicle gone through the retarder entirely or partially? while using an arduino board and sensors.
I want to know which are the most suitable sensors to do this?
then I use bluetooth communication sensors to avoid clutter and wiring difficulties.
NB: the sensors must be placed in the vehicle and not on the speed bump.
Thank you

Lots of stuff here

thank you, but this is my old publication, this is another topic

As you are going to use a sensor that is in the car.

Start with a search on this site about machine learning and how to use the nano something or another with a built in MMU and gesture recognition with Tensorflow.

Here I found a good getting started link for you
Get started with machine learning thingy

A speed bump would be a "gesture" made by the car.
