Verify and Upload not working in IoT Cloud

In IoT cloud when I try to verify and upload I keep getting a message "We are still verifying your sketch. Thank you for your patience." and it never completes the verify or upload

Does anyone answer these posts????I've been waiting for over a month and have not received anything...

Hi @mklosterman1. Are you still experiencing the problem if you try it again now?

I ask because this type of problem can sometimes be caused by a transient condition. If so, we would expect it to simply go away after a short time without any action required on your part.

I would but now am getting a different error when I try to configure my device (nano 33 IoT). It gives me “generic error”. I checked the nano using my desktop Arduino IDE and it is fine but for some reason can’t add it to IoT cloud. Once I get that figured out, I can try uploading the sketch again

I keep getting "Generic Error" when trying to add my Arduino Nano 33 IoT to the cloud. The error occurs during the final config step. I followed the suggestions (remove devices from USB, restart Arduino Agent, reconnect arduino) but the error keeps coming back.

We will use the other topic for any discussion related to the "Generic Error" problem, reserving this topic for any further discussion specific to the problem of Verify and Upload operations never completing.
