My computer takes about 5 mins to verify any program, including the Bare Minimum example, any ideas at how I can fix this? Thanks, Spencer

Verifying on my computer takes forever

I tried disabling the Windows Defender antiVirus and that didn't seem to help. Sorry for not mentioning it I am a Windows operator
