Well you can't do that because you need to take at least two samples at the highest rate of the vibration in order to detect it. So unless you are more specific than this it is impossible to tell.
Maybe you would be better if you posted in a section that is closer to your natural language. I think your lack of understanding of what I am saying is not going to make this exchange work.
