Vibration motor to trigger LED?

Hey, I'm fairly new to arduino, so I would appreciate some guidance in how I should go about this project.

I'd like to have a micro vibration motor go off for about 20 times (with varying time differences in between) and always have one of 3 LEDs go on with it (in a seemingly random order).

I found little online of people trying to combine vibration modules with LEDs. Do you have any resources or could already give me some hints? Again, very much a beginner here.

So what?
Connect an led and make it work. (Enough guidance online)
Connect a vibration module and make it work. (Enough guidance online)

Then do both at the same time.
