Victor SPX and CIM Omni-wheel Drive

Hey there, complete newbie here

I was just wondering if it is possible to wire a 24v battery (and how) to power 4 cim motors on an Omni wheel drivetrain. I know the Arduino UNO has 5 PWM ports, so there is enough space for all the motor controllers(The victor SPX should work fine). Also, would I need to buy encoders for each wheel to maintain a consistent drive, and also how would I connect the battery to the Arduino to run the 4 motors?

I think it may fit, you can try a Nano, it is smaller then the UNO and has 3 extra A/D inputs.
