Lightweight Arduino library to read basic data using the VE.Direct protocol from Victron Energy

Built as part of a larger project, now making it available separately in case others find it useful.

Most welcome. And thanks for your suggestion on the examples folder.

I haven't actually tested it against Arduino library packaging specifications...... I'll have a look into them and see what else should be done (and do some testing - eg #include " " might break).

Now packaged and tested as an Arduino library using the Arduino IDE.
