Hi i was just wondering if it is possible to send a live video feed using the arduino. i have looked on the internet and have so far seen that this is not possible, is this correct? if so how come some people have managed it? is it possible to use the arduino in conjunction with a raspberry pi to send the video

You can not send video with an arduino.
If you use a raspberry Pi you do not need an arduino.

what do you mean spot send video? and also i am using the arduino to control many other things such as motors and sensors. i am more comfortable doing this on an arduino rather than a pi. ok so it is impossible to send video through the arduino but what about the pi, is that possible?
