Soo few months ago I bought the cheap yellow display and after screwing around with pre made firmware I decided to make video player
But I don't know where to start what to do...

Have you tried your favorite search engine for examples of using the cheap yellow display.
By the way while it might be yellow I don't think in any way it is cheap.
Well if you know where to buy it is cheap got for 4 dollars from taobao. For the first one yes I did . It only shows people making it and showing it, no coding part
plus i asked chatgpt(knowing that it is not gonna work) i didn't understand single thing only thing is Arduino ide is not gonna work
