Vin

Should Vin be renamed Iin?

I mean, voltage doesn't go in, out or shake it all about, current does that.

Instead of Iin, it should be called Eout (electrons out).

Oh my, what are we drinking in our coffee this morning :o .

To power a circuit you apply a ‘voltage’ to the ‘input’ power terminal. V(oltage) in(put) Vin

Rather than "Eout" what about "Eeyore" or "Tigger"

...R

Rather than ‘Robin2’ what about ‘ Christopher Robin’.

I think Christopher Robin was Robin 1

So Robin2 is the son of Robin1, I am so confused :frowning:

It stands to reason from the above, here on we will be calling GND ‘Ein’ (electrons in) and Vin will be called Eout (electrons out).

Initially it might be a bit confusing for new people but I am sure they are up to the challenge.

Now it was -33°C last night so maybe I got frostbite of the brain

-33C, damn that is cold. Must be running up your electron in/out bill ::slight_smile:

I think Ein is On in German. Should the connection be labelled On and Off?

-33? Don't be silly, there isn't that cold!

Lord Kelvin agrees with you.

Two furnaces and two gas heaters say otherwise. :money_mouth_face:

January = $452 (gas, electricity, water, & other fees), February = :sob: ?

Was going to do some wood working in the garage today but will postpone it till Tuesday (-4°C).

Maybe the pins should be called HIGH/LOW ?

I'm curious to know where you live that gets that cold. Just had -8 where I live in the UK, which is considered unusual for here. Further north they had a lot colder but not -33!

Cool!

Keep that polar vortex up in Canada where it belongs!

Off-topic larryD - I modified Rev 10 to 10A and turned off the Rainbow pattern everywhere except in setup(), MrsCrossRoads is much happier about it being on all the time now.
Rev10 also had extra dots with the Red Hour dot (like a cursor trail), I turned those off, just found them distracting.

Visited Canada in 2004, lovely country

Agreed. A colleague and I had a trip from Banff to Kamloops in the cab of a freight train - years ago.

Also several business trips to Montreal.

Damn ! Already sent the ‘cool’ weather down to you :frowning:

SORRY.

We like the eye candy but there is no clock in the bedroom ;).
