Another victim of genuine snakeoil vendors.
Then delete that stuff, delete the archive, reinstall it.
Activate windows defender snakeoil, deactivate your current snakeoil, try again.
I've split your comments into a separate topic because I think they might make for a worthwhile discussion but in the context of the topic you replied in the are useless to the OP.
