Well I have read loads on the VL53L5CX
But can find how the zones map to the struct VL53L5CX_ResultsData.distance_mm
is Zone 0,0 VL53L5CX_ResultsData.distance_mm[0] ?
Or anyone know or the doc/page please.

Where are you looking at that struct?
have a look at the documentation on VL53L5CX Time-of-Flight 8×8-Zone Distance Sensor Carrier
vl53l5cx_api.h in C:\Users\Me\Documents\Arduino\libraries\STM32duino_VL53L5CX\src
Plus all the STMicro docs I can find.
Either not where I have looked or have missed it.
