Went through all the links I could find and scanned the datasheet but I can't find info about how much delay there is after you send it a message to play a track.
Also, what happens if you re-trigger a track while playing?
I was using the ladyada Wave Shield but I have been having lot's of problems with it (crashes constantly) and it is relatively lo-fi.
So the VMUSIC2 will be an ideal solution if I know that it will perform better.
