Voice monkey Alexa via ESP8266 triggern

Hello,

I'm looking for some help connecting my Alexa via Alexa voice monkey. The monkeys has already been set and the triggers work. Now I have the trigger tokens:

https://api.voicemonkey.io/trigger?access_token=f891a94...........b984613b790742322&monkey=felix-steckdose-an&announcement=Hello%20monkey

but need help to find the correct command to send the token into my network.

I'm using already the #include <ESP8266HTTPClient.h> library but I'm to blind finding the correct command syntax and the correct place to implement the command.

It's sure an easy thing for sombody who knows. But I'm struggeling since days...

I haven't heard of Voice Monkey- it looks interesting. I use Node Red and Home Assistant here, but I will look at Voice Monkey.

I have never done this but I think you need to use the POST method.

Please post back the resolution to your problem- others may have the same issue in the future.
