Hello,
I want to build a project with Arduino Due and need to have voice (speec) recognition in.
How can i do Voice Recognition with Arduino as stand alone, without PC connected ?

With difficulty.

Voice recognition is not a very reliable sort of thing no matter what the computer. The Due is a bit underpowered but you can get results of sorts. Basically you record a sample, push it through an FFT and then do a template sample match on the results.

All in all a lot of work for not very good results.
