It is okay to use 2 100microfarad capacitors for voltage regulator or what capacitor should I use ?
What voltage regulator? There are loads of them and they're not all the same.

I’m using a 5v voltage regulator.but the data sheet says I should be using 0.47microfarad and 100nanofard so what will happen if I use 100micro farad on both sides is it fine?
And you still haven't said what regulator you're using. There are loads of 5V regulators.
But if the recommended values are half of X and a tenth of X why would you even imagine that using 100 times X instead is going to work? 100nF and 100 uF capacitors have very different purposes and characteristics. Get the correct values.
